A
screenwriter (cinema and television) and a technical advisor and is considered
to be a strong force in the development of the film industry in the United Arab
Emirates. Ahmed has seventeen films (long and short) and his works won 32 awards
around the world, either as best scenario or best film. His films were screened
in a number of international festivals, such as Berlin, Locarno, Chicago,
Russia, Beirut and Dubai. Ahmed gives workshops on screenwriting in the Gulf
countries and he’s one of the founders of Villa Cinema & Faradees Production. |
